Immigration Evaluations

For clients applying for an immigration status change for themselves or a family member.

Immigration Evaluation Overview

I specialize in evaluations for hardship waivers (I-601) and petitions under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). I have evaluated hundreds of clients for these purposes over the last several years and prepare effective, understandable, and thorough written reports in a timely manner. I also understand how difficult this work can be for clients and strive to make clients comfortable with telling their story. I also strive to accommodate client scheduling needs.

In Detail…

Immigration Evaluations
I have conducted numerous immigration evaluations over the past several years. Clients are referred to me by their attorneys to evaluate and document the presence of extreme hardship should their family member be denied admission to the United States. Less frequently I am asked to evaluate clients petitioning to become permanent residents through the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 (VAWA), which applies to both male and female petitioners.

I am very experienced in conducting interviews related to immigration concerns and skilled in documenting the findings in a readable, comprehensive evaluation report. Immigration attorneys from New York and Connecticut refer to me when their clients would benefit from a hardship or VAWA evaluation.
